This time, we delivered a streamlined robot pick/rinse/place application designed to optimize efficiency and reduce manual labor. Key features include automated tray reset, collision recovery, automatic parts rejection upon placement failure, and placement location memorization during reboot or power loss—ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation.
